Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 10:00 AM (EST, New York Time) will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days.
Fulfillment takes place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday (excluding local holidays).
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and hand your order to the carrier and is separate from transit time.

United States
Canada
United Kingdom

Estimated Delivery Time (After Processing)
United States: 12–16 business days after processing
Canada: 15–20 business days after processing
United Kingdom: 15–20 business days after processing
All other destinations: 12–20 business days after processing
Total Estimated Delivery: 13–23 business days (handling + transit).
Delivery estimates are calculated based on cut-off time, handling time, and carrier transit time. Public holidays may affect these estimates.

Shipping Costs & Fees
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
No hidden charges or handling fees will be added at checkout.

Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:
1. A tracking number
2. Instructions for tracking your order
You can track your order through the carrier (if a carrier tracking number is provided) or via our order tracking portal on xmowers.com.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
For international orders, customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country unless otherwise stated. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email contact@xmowers.com within 5 days of the delivery date.
Include:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the damage (if applicable)
We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we may be able to update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
