Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 12–16 days after processing

  • Canada & United Kingdom: 15–20 days after processing

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Some products may qualify for free shipping, clearly marked on the product page.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

We use our own custom tracking system, available directly through our website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date at contact@xmowers.com. Include your order number and any supporting photos, if applicable.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
