We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Report defects within 7 days of delivery. See below for full details.
1. Eligibility & timeframes
Returns accepted: Only for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Reporting window: Submit defect/damage claims within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days will be reviewed but are not guaranteed.
Refund processing: After inspection and approval, refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the returned item.
2. How to start a return or exchange
Email contact@xmowers.com
with your order number, a clear description of the defect/damage, and photos of the item and packaging.
We will respond within 48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Ship the item to the return address provided only after you receive an RMA. Returns shipped without an RMA may be refused.

3. Shipping costs
Defective/damaged items: XMowers will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse approved return shipping costs after RMA approval.
Non-defective items: We do not accept returns for non-defective items. If a returned item is determined not to be defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping and related costs.
4. Refunds & exchanges
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) after we receive and inspect the returned item. It can take 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchanges: For approved defective items, we will offer a replacement or exchange when available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price after inspection.
5. Non-returnable items & exceptions
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Custom or personalized items are eligible only if defective.
Manufacturer warranties may apply in some cases; we will assist with warranty claims where applicable.
6. International orders, duties & taxes
For orders shipped to Canada or the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. Refunds may exclude non-refundable customs/duties charged by authorities.
7. Contact & evidence requirements
Always include order number and photos showing the defect or damage when initiating a claim. We will not process a return without sufficient photographic evidence of the defect.
